The $50.00 individual membership includes a membership card, a three day pass to the 2011 event, member decal for your car, free Event Program and Schedule, 10% discount at the Red Hills Outfitters merchandise tent, and the Red Hills e-newsletter for event updates throughout the year. It is the hope of the organizing committee that the public will let them know how much keeping the RED HILLS HORSE TRIALS means by responding to this program. ”Needless to say we need everyone’s help in these economic times to insure the future of our event”. The support from the City of Tallahassee and Leon County has been strong as both want to see this event which brings so many people to Tallahassee. The impact of this event on our community is important on a number of levels, not only economically with the hotels, restaurants, feed stores, tack shops, gas stations, etc. but also the contribution to the quality of life in our community. The economy is on the mend and the outlook is much brighter than a year ago. The future of The Red Hills Horse Trials is in our hands as a community. The sponsors are being asked to continue their support, the general public is now being asked to help through membership In CLUB RED HILLS, and the competitors are being asked to commit early to ensure the success of the event. The organizers along with the City of Tallahassee and Leon County have prided themselves on making Red Hills truly a community event with something for all. You do not have to be a horse person to enjoy the atmosphere of the event. There are botanical tours, educational exhibits, the Avenue of Shops, a playground and pony rides for the children and an amazing food court with a variety of menus.
